Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
- During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after your order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If shipping is unavailable for your location, you will be notified during checkout.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your local customs authority.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delays or additional shipping charges may occur. If an order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged package or product (if applicable)
We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partners to find the best possible solution.
Split Shipments
As we work with multiple fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
